FLAG WARNING FOR GUSTY WINDS...LOW HUMIDITY...AND DRY FUELS...
WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM TO 9 PM MDT TUESDAY. A FIRE WEATHER
WATCH HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR GUSTY
WINDS...LOW HUMIDITY...AND DRY FUELS IS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY
MORNING THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING.

* AFFECTED AREA...IN COLORADO...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 207 THE DURANGO
  FORECAST AREA BELOW 9500 FEET.

* WIND...SOUTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH LATE TODAY AND
  TUESDAY. STRONGEST WINDS MAINLY WEST OF DURANGO. SOUTH WINDS 1O
  15 TO 25 MPH WITH SOME GUSTS TO 35 MPH ARE POSSIBLE ON
  WEDNESDAY.
 
* HUMIDITY...5 TO 10 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP THROUGH MIDWEEK WILL LIKELY
  SPREAD RAPIDLY. OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. LOCALIZED
