* AFFECTED AREA...IN COLORADO...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 207 DURANGO
FORECAST AREA BELOW 9500 FEET.

* WIND...SOUTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...9 TO 14 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. LOCALIZED RED FLAG CONDITIONS WILL
BECOME WIDESPREAD WEDNESDAY.
