Stormy and wet weather are expected to continue through Wednesday, but are to be particularly heavy today.

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF WEST CENTRAL COLORADO
AND EAST CENTRAL UTAH...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN
WEST CENTRAL COLORADO...GRAND VALLEY. IN EAST CENTRAL UTAH...
ARCHES/GRAND FLAT.

* FROM NOON MDT TODAY THROUGH THIS EVENING

* FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE MONDAY DUE TO HEAVY RAINFALL FROM
MONSOONAL MOISTURE AND A DISTURBANCE THAT WILL MOVE NORTH OVER
THE AREA. STORMS WILL ALSO BE SLOW MOVING FURTHER INCREASING
FLASH FLOODING RISKS.

* DEBRIS AND MUD FLOWS WILL BE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY NEAR OLD BURN
SCARS.
