CENTRAL COLORADO...SAN JUAN RIVER BASIN. IN SOUTHWEST
COLORADO...ANIMAS RIVER BASIN AND SOUTHWEST SAN JUAN
MOUNTAINS.

* THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING

* THUNDERSTORMS ACCOMPANIED BY VERY HEAVY RAIN HAVE DEVELOPED IN
EASTERN LA PLATA COUNTY AND WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE TO
THE NORTHEAST THROUGHOUT THE EVENING. WITH MONSOONAL MOISTURE
HIGH TODAY...ANTICIPATING POTENTIAL FLOOD ISSUES THIS EVENING
IN THESE AREAS.
